Shipping and payment terms

The delivery of our quality products takes place nationwide through our logistics partners, DPD and DHL. In doing so, the highest value is placed on ensuring that it arrives undamaged, quickly and reliably. Deliveries to other European countries are made via DPD.

Please note the following shipping conditions:

Germany:

  • Delivery is always complete. Partial deliveries are not made.
  • Delivery takes 1-2 working days.
  • As standard, the shipping takes place with an order receipt until 12 o'clock the same day. However, we do not guarantee this.
  • All goods will be shipped domestically with a shipping fee of 4.90 €. On an order of value € 49.00 (including VAT) or greater, shipping is free.
  • The respective articles can only be shipped in your specified packaging unit. Individual deliveries cannot be made for logistical reasons.
  • Deliveries to a packing station are not possible.
  • Please note the following shipping conditions for foreign deliveries:

 

EU Country Group 1: Denmark, Austria,

  • Delivery is always complete. Partial deliveries are not made.
  • For promotional goods with free shipping, validity is only applicable in Germany. Abroad, the costs listed below.
  • All goods will be shipped with a shipping fee of 9.00 €. On an order value of 150 € (including VAT) or greater, shipping is free.
  • Delivery takes 3-4 business days.
  • The respective articles can only be shipped in your specified packaging unit. Individual deliveries can not be made for logistical reasons.
  • Deliveries to a packing station are not possible.

 

EU Country Group 2: Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Hungary, Romania

  •  Delivery is always complete. Partial deliveries are not made.
  • For promotional goods with free shipping, validity is only applicable in Germany. Abroad, the costs listed below.
  • All goods will be shipped with a shipping fee of 19.50 €. From an order value of 250 € (including VAT), shipping is free.
  • Delivery takes 5-6 working days.
  • The respective articles can only be shipped in your specified packaging unit. Individual deliveries can not be made for logistical reasons.
  • Deliveries to a packing station are not possible.

 

International & EU Country Group 3: Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Egypt, Estonia, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Lebanon, Malta, Mexico, Namibia, Russia, Saudi Arabia,  Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, USA

  • Delivery is always complete. Partial deliveries are not made.
  • Promotional goods with free shipping - Action is only valid in Germany, abroad, the costs listed here.
  • All goods will be shipped with a shipping fee of 39,50 €.
  • The respective articles can only be shipped in your specified packaging unit. Individual deliveries can not be made for logistical reasons.
  • Delivery takes 8-10 working days.
  • Deliveries to a packing station are not possible.
  • Any import duties and taxes are your responsibility and have to be paid by you.

Payment Methods

 

Payment in advance

If you decide on payment in advance, you will receive the confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending the order. In this e-mail we will provide the Bistromarket bank account details. When making the transfer, please make sure that your order number is included in the intended use. Only then is the assignment of your payment possible. Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped immediately. Please note that depending on the bank, it may take within 2-4 business days for your payment to arrive. For payments from Austria, the duration is extended up to 5 working days. Always transfer orders separately and indicate the respective order number as intended purpose so that the payment can be correctly assigned.

 

Payment by direct debit

You can conveniently pay for your purchases by direct debit. We accept direct debit up to a purchase price of max. 1000 Euro (including VAT). In exceptional cases, the order value may be higher (depending on the return rate and payment history of previous orders etc.). Only when the shipment leaves us, will your account will be charged. If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your account. Your account data will be encrypted using the SSL method. This high security standard makes purchasing via Bistromarket secure by direct debit. For every failed attempt we will have to make an additional service charge of  8,00 Euro.

 In the following cases, payment by direct debit is not possible:

  • Orders to a delivery address outside of Germany or Austria
  • You are a first time customer
  • The delivery address does not match the billing address (for example, delivery to a packing station)
  • There are pending invoice amounts from another order.
  • Your shopping cart is below 50 Euro or exceeds 1000 Euro.
  • As usual in online trading, we check and evaluate your payment details when paying on account with the help of independent credit agencies.
  • The result of this examination may influence the available method of payment.
  • We reserve the right not to accept the "direct debit" form of payment for certain orders, and instead to accept our other payment methods such as: Payment with credit card, PayPal or payment in advance. We ask for your understanding for this security measure.
  • With each order, the terms of payment are re-examined. Please understand that not all payment methods are always available.

 

Cash on delivery

You can conveniently pay for your purchases by cash on delivery. We accept cash on delivery up to a purchase price of max. 500 Euro (including VAT). In exceptional cases, the order value may be higher (depending on the return rate and payment history of previous orders etc.). The cash on delivery payment method will incur an additional cost of  EUR 4.50 in Germany and EUR 6.50 in Austria, Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

  • We reserve the right not to accept the "Invoice" form of payment for certain orders, and instead to accept our other payment methods such as: Payment with credit card, PayPal or payment in advance. We ask for your understanding for this security measure.
  • With each order, the terms of payment are re-examined. Please understand that not all payment methods are always available.

 

Payment by credit card

You may also pay by credit card. We accept Master Card and Visa for a maximum purchase price of 1000 Euro (including VAT).In exceptional cases, the order value may be higher (depending on the return rate and payment history of previous orders etc.) Only when the shipment leaves us, will your account will be charged. If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your account. Your account data will be encrypted using the SSL method and handled by the Wirecard Global Sales GmbH (www.wirecard.com).

 

Payment by PayPal

You can also buy up to a purchase price of max. 1000 euros pay by PayPal. In exceptional cases, the order value may be higher (depending, among other things, on the return rate and payment history of previous orders). Select PayPal as payment method, then you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.mAs soon as the payment has been received, your delivery will be initiated. It usually only takes a few minutes before we receive a PayPal payment. If you pay an order via PayPal, you will always receive an order confirmation from us. Please note, however, that in rare cases on pages of PayPal may come to editing errors on which we have no control. Furthermore, it is not possible to pay for an order on prepayment or invoice via PayPal, as this can not be assigned in our system. We ask you to take this into account when making your payment.

If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. Whether you want to use the credit on your PayPal account directly from PayPal or transfer it back to your giro or credit card account, you can decide for yourself and process directly with PayPal. We have no influence on this.

 

Payment by invoice

With us you can pay for your order even after receipt of the goods by invoice. This is always included as a delivery note the package. You then have 14 days to pay after receiving the goods. In the following cases, payment by invoice is not possible:

  • Orders to a delivery address outside of Germany or Austria
  • You are a first time customer
  • The delivery address does not match the billing address (for example, delivery to a packing station)
  • There are pending invoice amounts from another order.
  • Your shopping cart is below 50 Euro or exceeds 1000 Euro.

Identification of VAT

Every delivery from Bistromarket is always accompanied by a delivery note and invoice. If you require an additional VAT invoice, you can request it from our customer service for free.
