Yes. So much yes, it's difficult to know where to start when it comes to art. The Cup is an homage to the classic Duralex Picardie glass of yesteryear where it was used to drink coffee and also wine in the traditional, but still fashionably rebellious, bistros of Paris.
Originating in France in 1927, its fluted, scalloped appearance is reminiscent of traditional wine goblets (only without the stem) and bucked the trend of the moment towards a more streamlined Art Deco style.

Our hand-blown borosilicate glass cups do such a good job of insulating tea that you don’t have to preheat them.., it is a mix of design, functionality, performance and nostalgia all wrapped up in a two-seater package. Just... yes.
